Who are the Koch brothers?

Here's one perspective from August 2010.

It seems they are responsible for the Americans for Prosperity group that is currently trying to prop up Gov. Walker against the tide of public opinion opposing the no-compromise position for eliminating most current public sector collective bargaining rights.
